2020 Printer Slides

This is an untested modification to Jaydmdigital's 1515 Printer slides for the Kossel. With this remix I've increased the extrusions size to 2020 so these should work with both Misumi and Bosch/Rexroth standard 20mm beams, however as I said - untested right now.
