I modeled and 3D printed the Pokemon Go Fest 2020 Ticket based on the screenshot of the ticket in game. All the STL required to 3D print the full assembly are included. The major parts are the Plate and the Sleeve. For the Sleeve, there are the full sleeve file and files for the top and bottom separated. My printer failed to print the Sleeve as a whole, so I had to split it into two parts. You may try them based on which ever one works better with what you have.

Acknowledgement:

This project is a collaboration with a fellow maker and a dear friend, themindforge. You can visit his Instagram page to see his work. He supplemented all the work on the finishing and the design of the ticket template. I could not do this without him.

Instagram Link:

TheMindForge

Post-Printing

Jointing Top and Bottom Sleeve

If the Sleeve is printed in two separate pieces, use quick cure adhesive like super glue to fuse the top and bottom together. We have tried using a hot iron to fuse along the outer surface, but they eventually come undone during handling.

While prints are basically ready to use right out of the printer, we opted to sand, prime, and spray painted the prints.

(Optional) Sanding:

We used 220 grit sandpaper to even the surface and used 800 grit sandpaper to wet sand the outer surface of the Sleeve and the rim of the Plate.

(Optional) Priming & Painting:

We used a gray primer as base and finished with blue and clear top coat.

Detailing:

There are 5 "green light/button" and the pokeball symbol on the front of the sleeve. My friend has a Brother vinyl cutter machine to cut out vinyl stickers for the features, which makes it very easy. It can be simulated with colored electrical tape available at any hardware store. Place the tape over the features and use a Xacto knife to cut the tape to the feature. Alternatively, you may use a fine brush and acrylic paint the features in.

Adding Lanyard:

I ordered small screw eyelets and lanyard from Amazon. The screw eyelet was added onto the top of the Plate to allow the lanyard to be hooked and wore. I used a candle/lighter to heat up the screw eyelet before I mount it to the Plate. The heat melt the PLA very readily, and it holds solidly after it cools down. Using a marker to locate the center and pre-melt a hole using a heated solid wire are recommended.

Other components to purchase:

Blue Lanyard

Screw Eyelet

Iron Open Ring

Ticket Content:

My friend downloaded all the images provided by Niantic for the Pogo Fest from the Pokemon Go blog page. He used Adobe Illustrator to crop the images and composited the ticket. The templates for the ticket based on the team are included. They are fully editable on Inkscrape (free software).

Start with the template of your team.

Delete default trainer icon on top right.

Insert your trainer photo into the white circle. (Careful not to move or delete the circle)

Select and edit the Trainer name.

Select the "40" above "Level" and type in your trainer level.

Print at "original size" when reviewing printing options as it is scaled properly with the Plate.
