2020 Nozzle holder

I designed a simple nozzle holder that attaches to a 2020 frame and securely holds all of the E3D V6 nozzles, including the "party pack" variety. Two extra holes are included for storing spare nozzles. Additionally, the design features a dedicated holder for the E3D nozzle spanner. The nozzle sizes are also engraved on the design, but they only appear when using the 0.2mm nozzle. To make it easier to read, I simply wrote them in with a permanent marker - and it works just as well!
