Simple filament cleaner or wiper that attaches to a 2020 extrusion frame. Print with the bolt standing upright and body lying flat, without supports! You can use anything - foam cloth, rolled up paper towel, whatever suits your needs. Just ensure it's not too tight so the filament can flow easily. Some may argue it's unnecessary, but I've experienced nozzle issues recently, prompting me to give this a try. Since installation, no clogs have occurred and filament has been flowing more smoothly. We don't print in pristine environments; we work with dust and debris-filled air. The head pivots freely. To assemble, thread the bolt fully home. The design ensures that threads on the bolt and head overlap, preventing them from coming loose as it rotates. However, if needed, you can use a hex key to disassemble the parts.
