Belt tensioner for my 3D printer model is an old peanut i3 printer. Uploading in case someone else finds this useful has different versions for different printers also uploaded the fusion 360 file. My 3D printer had a loose belt and the clip style tensioners would crash into the pulleys/idlers so I made my own. A 3mm bore GT2 idler is needed a smooth idler can be used to push the belt or a toothed idler can be used to pull it like the photo.
