2020 mountable Keyboard Tray for Rii Ultra Slim Wireless Keyboard (or similar). Long and Short versions
thingiverse
This is a simple keyboard tray designed specifically for holding an Rii K12 Ultra Slim Wireless Keyboard/touchpad. It can also hold other keyboards or items. I use this in conjunction with my 7 inch Raspberry Pi Touch screen and Pi 2 to run Octoprint, providing a nice little kiosk on the printer itself. The 7 in LCD mount can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1670214. The 7 in Touchscreen can be purchased here: http://amzn.to/2g6p5dr. Print settings are as follows: Printer: FolgerTech FT-5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50 Notes: I designed this to print without supports, but a brim is recommended due to the long, thin segment that touches the bed. Use a layer height of 0.20 or 0.15 and an infill of at least 50% for strength. For printing with PLA, turn on the cooling fan from layer 2 until the end. If using ABS, start the fan at about 40% when the print reaches the top, where the inner edge begins to taper out. Mounting: Attach the tray to a vertical 2020 extrusion using three 5mm bolts with T-nuts. Four millimeter bolts can work, but I recommend using washers to cover excess gap.
