Spacing from the centerline to the bearing hole is 20.25mm. I experimented with different dimensions to achieve a precise fit. The design of the carriage allows its arms to flex slightly, maintaining tension on the rail. A 5mm bolt fits snugly into the bearing hole between the carriage and Y-style carriage, which are secured together by two M3x12 bolts. When physically grasping the car and twisting it, there is minimal play. Under normal printing conditions, zero play is detectable. The intention was to create a clean, minimalist design. These carriages print quickly, so they can be easily swapped out if they ever become loose. After two weeks of continuous use, no noticeable change in performance has been observed. Required components per carriage are as follows: * 4 M3 nuts * 2 M3x25 bolts (arm lengths may vary depending on joint design) * 2 M3x12 bolts * 3 M5x30 screws * 3 M5 nylock nuts * 3 M5x10 spacers
