2020 Horizontal Spool Mount

Print the 2020 bracket and spool spindle in ABS 100% infill, then weld them together using acetone. Update 2017 March: I've designed a new spool holder that uses a TPU cushion to fit all spools snugly. The new design features a wider base to support even more spools. Print with 15% infill for extra flexibility. Note, the TPU cushion is optional but helps align the spools. Printer Settings: - Printer: Wilson 2 - Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 0.25 layer height worked well for me - Infill: 100% on base and 2020 bracket, 60% on spool holder Notes: Print the 2020 bracket vertically, then use a little acetone to strengthen the inner joints. Brush a small amount of acetone on the spool base for added strength. ABS prints may require a skirt.
