2020 frame adjustable feet and braces (M4 hex screws)
thingiverse
These are my adjustable feet and braces for upgrading my FLSUN i3 clone. Its frame is made out of 2020 profiles and these are stiffening the construction in all corners. Print for strength as desired, mine are 3 perimeters and 30 % infill, which is good enough. No suppports needed, just orientate the parts properly. All parts use the square M4 nuts that came with the printer and (IIRC) M4x10 hex screws (they need to be long enough, but not too long. Each adjustable foot needs two standard M6 hex nuts and one M6 screw with contersunk Phillips head. Self adhesive rubber pads are applied to the bottom after the screw is mounted in. These make the frame much stronger and also allow for mounting the power supply to the bottom of the profiles.
