I'm designing a filament guide for 2020/2040 extrusions, drawing inspiration from an innovative design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1764285). After extensive research, I haven't discovered a more effective filament guide than this style. To attach it to the extrusion securely, you'll need a pair of M5x10 screws and T-slot nuts; its robust design ensures it won't be dislodged by the extruder's movement.
