Update 1: I've added an updated design that utilizes M4 screws instead of M3 screws, which was a rookie mistake on my part. I should have opted for M4 screws from the start. Update 2: To address the tight tolerances, I've revised all the designs to ensure compatibility with 2020 aluminum extrusions across various printers. Each spool holder requires two M3 screws for secure attachment, and if you encounter any issues, please let me know so I can make the necessary adjustments. These two spool holders are specifically designed for use with 2020 aluminum extrusions and can be installed using T nuts and M3 screws. The horizontally mounted spool holder will require some support material, whereas the vertical one does not need any additional support. I've tested these designs with Hatchbox rolls and found them to work smoothly. If you need a longer spool holder, simply let me know, and I'll be happy to create a custom version tailored to your roll's dimensions.
