2020 Extrusion Zip Tie Clip

<p>A zip tie cable clip for insertion into 2020 aluminium extrusion. There are quite a few options in Thingiverse but none quite like what I wanted.</p> <p>Printed with PETG since they require some force to insert (so that they sit solidly in the frame). Insert and turn 90 degrees clockwise to install. Zip tie can be fed through the holes to secure the cables.</p> <p>Designed for 2.5mm x 1.1mm zip ties. I printed with 100% infill and 3 perimeters at 0.2mm layer height. They probably won't withstand continuous insertion and removal but they are fast to print if replacements are needed (printing 20 takes me about 2 hours).</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Licence: Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial - Share Alike Category: Electronics</p>
