2020 Extrusion X Axis Belt Tensioner

This X axis belt tensioner is far easier to use than the stock Creality tensioner when doing maintenance. You can use the two stock bearings, M8 x 1.25 x 25 “axle” bolt, and one of the M4 socket head screws and t-nuts. Additionally, it requires an M5 x 0.8 x 25 hex head screw, and M5 x 0.8 x 4 nut or M5 x 0.8 x 10 heat-set insert. There are two mount and knob files depending on which parts you choose to use.Recommended print orientation in the photos. Use ABS/ASA or at least a PLA+(if not in an enclosure). If your parts cooling is pretty good then you can print with no supports but it will all print fine with support if needed.Additional required parts. McMaster.com part numbers for reference.
