Because many DIY projects rely heavily on 2020 extrusions, I created this fastener to meet those needs. It's designed with ease of use in mind, making it simple to print, assemble, disassemble and relocate as required. Four screws are typically used, not for securing the fastener, but rather to reinforce its structure, ensuring a sturdy foundation. The M3X8mm screws provide stability on one end, while the M3X18mm screws add additional support on the other. A 3.7mm hole is strategically placed on the platform, allowing for the seamless installation of an M3 * 4mm thermal insert, thereby facilitating the attachment of accessories.
