I designed these custom feet for my laser cutter to prevent damage to the tabletop when the frame scratches against it. The tolerances are extremely tight, and they're specifically engineered to fit snugly into the extrusion gap. Printed upright, with a reinforced end cap at the bottom. The dimensions of 2020 may differ slightly depending on the manufacturer, but I sourced mine from aluxprofiel.nl Each foot measures 50mm long, extending into the aluminum, and features a 0.5mm thick end cap.
