2020 Extrusion Tap and Drill Guide with Vise Sleeve

<p>This is an all-in-one tap and drill guide for 2020 Misumi aluminum extrusions.</p><p>2020 comes with a center hole so this guides the tap in so you do not tap crooked.&nbsp;</p><p>There are also 2 and 4mm drill bit guides to drill wrench access holes. These are aligned for blind joints with no end cap.</p><p>Also included is a vise sleeve to place over your extrusion to protect the finish while tapping or drilling.&nbsp;</p><p>The fit is TIGHT when first starting to use these tools but over time, they will become easier to work with. I used a piece of wood to slide along the extrusion and "hammer” the sleeve off the first time I use it. I did not need it afterwards.</p><p>Print settings:</p><p>PETG with 25% infill. I would not recommend using PLA due to the brittleness. PETG will allow some flex as you put the tool on and off.&nbsp;</p>
