2020 extrusion mounting plate

This is a mounting plate for 20x20 aluminum extrusion, featuring a V-shaped wedge to ensure accurate centering and stability. To secure it firmly to your extrusion, use M3 screws accompanied by standard fastening hardware. Recently, I came across some ingenious roll-in T-nut pieces available at https://amzn.to/2I94H5D that can be inserted directly into the channel without sliding in from one end. The screw hole is recessed, preventing wall or bench scratches. When paired with T-nuts above, an M3x8mm cap screw fits perfectly. The other holes are also recessed but slightly larger (approximately M5), allowing for standard wall fasteners to be used. This mounting plate prints effortlessly with minimal support required (two small supports underneath the recessed screw holes).
