I've been a big fan of BlaiseB's filament guide runout sensor combo for a long time now, and I've been using it consistently. However, when I recently set up my printer to direct drive, his original design was no longer compatible. To adapt it to my Ender 3, I used two M3 screws and T-slot nuts to secure it to the top extrusion.
