2020 Extrusion LED Light Bars, wire duct, wire management & bumper.

<p>This was inspired by a similar concept but is a totally designed from the ground up using OneCNC XR7 software. In searching for a suitable LED lighting solution for my Ender 5, I couldn't come up with just the right combination. So I created this along with a host of variations that serve other wire management purposes.&nbsp;</p><p>The main design is to accommodate the cut-to-fit 8mm self adhesive LED lighting on a roll available from various sources.&nbsp;</p><p>There are profiles for various angles for both single &amp; dual strips. Also a dual 90/45 combo that works well for the front top rail on the Ender 5 or any fixed bed printer. There are 45 degree profiles for the left &amp; right vertical extrusions on the Ender 5 giving you full lighting for the entire print space.. In addition there are profiles that can be printed as short sections or full length wire management duct. And I made one radius version that can also be used as a bumper.</p><p>The greatest thing about this design is that it is printed using vase mode without a bottom layer which makes efficient use of filament. No fasteners are required as it's a snap-fit design. &nbsp;Your LED wiring runs inside the duct and you can also tuck your connectors &amp; buck/boost modules inside if necessary.&nbsp;</p><p>I've test printed and readjusted the geometry several times to get the perfect snap fit into the extrusion. The models themselves are 500mm long. When you import into PrusaSlicer, you use the Cut feature to size the length of the model to your needs before slicing. Noting again, this gets printed in vase mode with no bottom layer and a 8mm brim is recommended for good adhesion. For longer lengths; over 200mm, you may want to run at slower speeds to prevent artifacts from vibration and flex from the nozzle drag. 25mm/s produced a perfect 375mm tall print for me.&nbsp;</p><p>While these are sized for 8mm LED tape, I know there are other size LED strips, Neopixel etc. If you have a specific request and can provide accurate measurements of the strip, I can edit &amp; add a profile for that size strip.&nbsp;</p><p>In the Ender 5 application, the combination gives full illumination of the work environment from Z zero to 300. The lights are arranged such that you get no glare in your eyes ( unless you're looking from behind. )</p>
