2020 Extrusion Equipment Handle

I created this handle to simplify lifting my HyperCube Printer (CoreXY). It's narrower than comparable commercial units, making it ideal for use on 2020 aluminum extrusions. Two mounting holes allow the secure attachment of the handle using 5 mm screws and a 2020 fastener. This versatile handle can be used on various equipment as well. The strength of this handle largely depends on your printing material and settings, so choose them carefully to ensure it can lift your object safely. For my 3D printer, I printed the handle in ABS, which is ideal for its strength and resistance to cracking. I printed it with 70% infill to make it extremely solid. It's essential to use supports for the screw pockets when printing this handle. Here are my print settings: ABS at 235C, BuildTak Bed at 80C, 0.1mm layers, and 70% infill. Using supports for the screw cavity is crucial. Use this handle at your own risk.
