I created this handle to make it easy to pick up my HyperCube Printer (CoreXY). The narrow design fits perfectly on 2020 aluminum extrusions, making it a great fit for any equipment. Two mounting holes securely attach the handle to the printer using 5 mm screws and a 2020 fastener. This versatile handle can be used with various machines as well. For my 3D printer, I printed the handle in ABS, which is recommended for its strength and resistance to cracks. To ensure maximum solidity, I printed it with 70% infill. Supports are essential for the screw pockets. I printed the handle at 235C on a heated bed set to 80C, using 0.1mm layers. A minimum of 70% infill is required for stability. Don't forget to include supports in the screw cavity - it's crucial. Print Settings: * Printer: HyperCube * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.1mm * Infill: At least 70% * Notes: + Printed in ABS at 235C on a heated bed set to 80C. + Used 0.1mm layers and 70% infill for maximum stability. + Supports are necessary for the screw cavity. Post-Printing: After printing, carefully remove supports and clean up any rough edges. I sanded a few corners to smooth them out.
