This is a remix of Creality Ender 5 Part Cooling Fan Duct by ShaunTheBaa April 05, 2020 Update to version 2b adds clearance for the silicone hot end boot and improves the left hand fixings. Images to be updated shortly. ________________________________________________________________________ It seemed to be the most elegant solution but I found that the alignment did not match my 2020 Ender 5. I increased the size of the air vents and reduced the quantity to 4 to allow me to add a nozzle viewing slot. I have hopefully increased the airflow enough to work as well as the Creality original with PLA, so far so good, the initial heating leaves a string of filament dangling down without trying to curl up to stick to the nozzle. This was created by importing the .STLs into TinkerCad and then tweaking over and over until I was confident it would work. Hope this works for you.
