Now you can customize the space between two profiles of your printer with ease. Specifically designed for constructions that feature a 40mm spacing between popular aluminum profiles 2020. To make adjustments, simply change the height in your slicer and tailor the cover to suit your needs. When printing these covers, be sure to use 100% infill and print at a slow pace. Flat surfaces benefit from a more deliberate approach. On my Kossel printer, I typically print at 60 mm/s, but for these covers, it's best to stick with a speed of around 20 mm/s. One thing to keep in mind is that using the brim method will result in an overly visible connection between the two parts. To achieve a seamless finish, it's best to avoid this approach altogether.
