I'd be happy to share my solution for reinforcing an aluminum extrusion 20x20mm frame that I use with my hypercube printer. Here are the materials you'll need: Two of these pieces Four M5 screws, 10mm long Four M5 hammer nuts One M8 threaded rod, whose length will depend on your specific frame design Four M8 nuts I've uploaded both STL and source files for this project, which were created using Design Spark Mechanical. For printing, I recommend the following settings: Printer: Hypercube Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layer height Infill: 30%
