2020 Delta bed retainer clip

This is a retainer clip designed specifically for Delta printer beds and can be seamlessly mounted on a 2020 extrusion frame. To complete this project, you will need the following essential components: 3 x M3 screws/bolts 1 x M3 hammer nut 1 x M3 nut 1 x M3 nyloc nut A compression spring precisely sized for an M3 bolt First, print out both the mount and the clip according to your desired settings. To assemble the retainer clip, connect the mount and the clip using an M3 screw/bolt and an M3 nut. Ensure that the M3 bolt passes through the long slot on the clip, allowing for smooth adjustment of the clip in and out. Next, insert a longish M3 bolt into the short hole on the clip from underneath. Then, slide the compression spring onto the bolt, followed by screwing on the nyloc nut upside down so that its thin end faces downwards towards the glass surface. Finally, securely mount the assembled clip onto the 2020 extrusion frame using an M3 bolt and an M3 hammer nut. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to print the mount with supports. In contrast, the clip itself does not require any supports. You can position the assembled clip far enough away from a heated bed to allow for PLA printing. However, if you prefer, you can opt for PETG, ABS, or HT PLA instead.
