A remixed version of a premium bracket available on Thingiverse. It was amplified by 2.5%, and the internal channels were minimized. Thorough testing proves it perfectly accommodates Misumi 2020 #5 extrusions. If you desire an even more secure fit, with optimal print settings you could produce at a scale of 0.99. Designed for compatibility with M3 x 10mm bolts and M3 T-nuts. To achieve maximum performance, we recommend using M4 washers on the side screws - failure to do so resulted in the screws causing vertical layers to separate when tightened. Recommended Print Settings: Shell configuration: two layers Layer thickness: 1mm at both top and bottom Infill percentage: 30% Update: September 15th, 2015 A revised version (v2) has been created. This updated design extends further downwards on the Z axis, allowing for seamless attachment of cast aluminum bracing units. The X/Y corners have been eliminated to accommodate these attachments, ensuring a secure and sturdy structure.
