2020 Compatible Beam

This simple 2020 mm construction beam is engineered to print horizontally without supports. I designed this because standard extrusions only print well upright, but they are not as strong as horizontally printed parts. The samples in the pictures are printed from AmazonBasics gray PETG, which has become my go-to PETG for most mechanical parts requiring toughness. Features: Compatible with many 2020 bracketry designs. Stronger than standard 2020 printed vertically. Square holes eliminate the need for supports. I also provide an .STL of a set of plates for convenience, but there are plenty of them on the Thingiverse already. I will probably share a few other beam profiles in the future with various size holes and extrusion style grooves.
