2020 Cable Clip (Remix - Thicker and Tighter Hold)

Human: *Edit: Discovered an issue with original design. If bent outward it can suddenly break in half at the upper area. Created a new test clip (printed one copy myself, using updated STL and very specific print settings) that seems incredibly stable now). Feel free to let me know how it works for you... I have attached images of my Slic3r PE settings used on new version of clip. This is a remix of the "2020_CableClip_L" from the "2020 extrusions - cable clip collection" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:832279 **Why Remix?** * **Grip (Vertical)** - Original design would slide to the bottom of vertical bar every time. This new one holds on very well * **"Clip-on" grip** - Original did not "clip" to the 2020 extrusion itself very strongly - You would have 1 of 2 clips hold on, but 2nd was always hard to clip (this new one... you can hear an audible "click" when it holds on, and does so VERY securely * **Strength** - Original design was too weak for my taste This remixed version was actually made from scratch using 2020 dimensions to create very tight tolerances, however it was inspired by the ""2020_CableClip_L" from the "2020 extrusions - cable clip collection", thus I feel it only fair to consider it a remix. **Print settings:** Printer: Ender 4 Layer Height 0.2mm Perimeters: 2 Nozzle: 0.4mm Solid top/bot layers: 3 Infill: 30% Gyroid *Note: Do not have infill % to high else the clip will be VERY hard to bend enough to clip onto the 2020 extrusion. I designed it so that around 20-40% infill you can clip it fairly easily, and with a little work you can also pull it off without breaking it. Please note that this does hold on VERY well. So if you have a hard time getting it off, you can use needle nosed pliers if needed. Lastly, I have made a few tweaks to this and have a few small variations, but this is the one that is most stable and of "thingiverse" quality. However if you want a specific tweak please let me know.
