I crafted this assembly when I converted to a flying extruder. It guides the filament from a top spool down to the extruder. I utilized M3x8 screws with T-nuts and an extra M6 Bowden push fitting. The hole for the fitting is slightly over 5mm, so I used four shells and simply threaded it in place using pliers.
