Here is a simple filament guide that attaches directly to 2020 extrusion without any additional hardware. I designed this for my Adimlab printer, but it should work perfectly with any printer featuring a 2020 aluminum top bar. This design incorporates a standard 608 bearing and requires just one screw - an M4 x 12 fastener - to allow for smooth swiveling motion. For added security, use a lock-nut that's loose enough to permit effortless rotation. The filament guide is particularly useful when your spool is positioned off to the side. To ensure optimal results, print this part with supports everywhere, and orient it as specified during the printing process.
