2020 Aluminum Extrusion Plates

Part of the same family as my corner bracket components, I present my set of 2020 aluminum extrusion building plates. Designed on OnShape, these plates include various models with slot extrusions for guiding or holding 2020, M4 screws with countersinks, and quick print capabilities. General Plate Specifications: * Slot extrusions enable precise placement and alignment * M4 screws with countersink provide secure fastening options * Quick print functionality streamlines the manufacturing process UPDATE: June 27, 2016 Two additional plates have been added to facilitate joining two pieces of extrusion together at a right angle. These parts are designated with "PD" in their names. UPDATE: January 23, 2020 These components are now obsolete. A newly updated version of these parts and new ones can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4117326. Print Settings: * Printer: Maker Architect (Replicator 1 Clone with Heatbed) * Rafts: Not necessary * Supports: Not required * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 40% * Notes: Recommended print settings include 0.2mm layer height, 40% infill, and 50mm/s for optimal quality.
