The snuggness holds the extrusions firmly in place while screws are inserted, ensuring a solid bond. Printing Guidelines: Print at a strength-enhancing 40% infill for optimal durability. PLA is an acceptable material choice. Maintain a layer height of 0.2mm to achieve precise screw hole and countersink accuracy. Use M4 metric screws with a 2mm countersink for reliable connections.
