A Revised Version of My 2020 Frame Corner Design. Each piece of extrusion is now securely fastened by three screws arranged in a triangular pattern, with the same configuration repeated across every part. The design has also been optimized to reduce contact on the vertical extrusion, resulting in a shorter overall height. General Specifications: Print at 40% infill for optimal strength, and PLA filament will suffice. Set the layer height to 0.2mm to achieve precise screw hole and countersink accuracy.
