This adjustable bracket fits standard 2020 extrusion profiles perfectly, designed to be mounted on one extrusion core that's threaded with an M5 thread. One part of the bracket is secured to the cross-cut side of the extrusion using a flat-head M5x10 screw. The other part is attached to the long side of the extrusion via a T-Nut and another flat-head M5x10 screw. Both parts are connected by a strong pan-head M5x25 screw, along with a cap nut that prevents over-tightening. A spacer is strategically placed to prevent damage from overtightening the pan head screw.
