2020 Aluextrusion Webcam Mount for AUKEY 1080p WebcamSince the Waveshare OV5648 are difficult or expensive to get, I drew a housing for a cheaper variant of a webcam.The AUKEY PC-LM1E 1080p Webcam is a cheap webcam that uses a relatively small PCB and has a very good sensor. Depending on the position, choose the one that suits you best.2020_mount-basic.stl: basic mount for top frame on the v2.4 oder Trident.2020_mount-gantry.stl: the same mount as “basic” but with more distance which allows the camera to rotate more2020_mount_gantry-short.stl: Same holder as "gantry" but in a shorter version without the attachment point for a cable tie.BOMPrinted Parts2pcs M3 Heatset Inserts (l = 4mm OD = 5mm)2pcs M3 Hammerhead or TNut's4pcs M3 SHCS or BHCSPrint SettingsNormally it shouldn't matter which material and which settings you use to print the parts. I tested ABS and PLA with the standard Voron print settings. With PLA, I noticed that the attachment points for the screws on the PCB are a bit smaller than with ABS.AssemblyThe two heatset inserts should be flush with the outer body.  use the 3x M1.3 from the original Webcam to secure the PCB in the case. make sure to remove the strain relief on the usb cable and insert the cable through the opening in the housing from the back. The cover can be easily attached and should hold by itself. Be careful to line up the holes once you have decided on a holder screw everything together with an M3x8mm screw. last but not least fix the whole thing on the frame at the position where you want the camera.Very nice, now you can hide around the cable and take care of a software solution, I won't go into that any further here.Special thanks to the Voron Community and Beta-Tester (PuniSha, Rufus, DoNick, CrozAC) who testet the files on Voron 2.4, Voron Trident and a smaller V2.4 with 200mm size.Also a huge thanks to hartk and Slidr who were instrumental in the design with his PanzerObserver
