2020 3030 Painting Turning Thing

What's the Question? ===================================================== This Tool is for Holding and Turning 2020 (20x20mm) and 3030 (30x30mm) Aluminium Extrusions for Spray Painting. I Used a Few of These to Help Paint the Frame for a HyperCube Evolution 3D Printer. It Works with Motedis 3030 and 2020 Bosch-Type (B) Extrusions, and the Centre Hole Fits a Wire Coat Hanger with the Plastic Stripped Off. My Painting Steps Were: Rough Up with 180 Grit Sanding Pad, Clean with Tack Cloth and Solvent, Etch Primer (2 Coats), Paint (3 Coats), and Clear Coat (2 Coats). Appropriate Safety Equipment (Respirator, Gloves Etc.) Should Be Used Especially with the Primer. ===================================================== After Painting the Frame for a HyperCube Evolution Was It Worth It? Pros + Black Anodised Extrusions Aren't Universally Available and the Painted Extrusions Look Good (in My Opinion of Course) Cons + Cost (Primer, Paint, More Paint, Clear Coat, Respirator Etc. - It Adds Up) + The Time and Effort Involved Were Not Inconsiderable Plus You're Dealing with Some Fairly Unpleasant Fumes + It Makes Assembly More Challenging Because Parts Bind or Stick Rather than Slide + The Paint Will Almost-Inevitably Get Damaged During Assembly
