Here are 3D printed corner brackets designed specifically for use with 3030 (30mm) aluminum extrusions, which can be sourced from Rose & Krieger and purchased through Digi-Key. These corner brackets can be successfully printed either with or without support material. For optimal print results, it is recommended to orient the external corner of the bracket flat on the bed. A brim may be necessary in some cases. If printing with support, ensure that supports are only generated from the print bed itself. Internal supports will not be removable. On October 9th, a version of this design was added specifically for use with 2020 extrusions.
