2020 & 2040 Extrusion Top Mount Spool Holder

This is a top mount spool holder designed for mounting to either a 2020 or 2040 extrusion. I adapted my original Top Mount Spool Holder, which was designed for the Monoprice Maker Ultimate, to work with 2020 & 2040 Extrusions - For use on my BLV Cube. To assemble this spool holder, you will need: two Braces, two Cones, two Sleeves, and two Adjusters (though the adjusters are optional and may not fit properly with wide spools). The rest of the items should be enough for a complete assembly.
