This design was created to mount a Biqu SKR 1.1 board to my AM8 / 2020 / 2040 printer. It also fits the MKS GEN-L and the newly released SKR 1.3 board. The hole distance is 101.85 x 76.10mm. To mount the board, I use 4pcs M3x16mm screws and M3 nuts. The extrusion mounting holes are 6mm wide and 5mm deep for M5 screws (x8 or x10mm). The spacers for the board are a bit high but serve the purpose of keeping many longer cables behind the board tidy on top. If you're planning your build, I highly recommend trying very silent TMC2208 stepper drivers. Below is how I use them in my printers. | Printer | Board | Drivers Used | Notes | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | AM8 | SKR v1.1 | TMC2208 Biqu v2.0 | No UART, just standalone mode | | Hypercube | SKR v1.3 | TMC2208 FYSETC v1.2 | Full UART with internal wiring, soldering a bridge on the stepsticks is required | Update 28.03.2019: V5 replaces the inner middle screw hole with a slot to put the T-nut through for easier mounting.
