2019 + Specialized Stumpjumper Rear Bottom Pivot Mud Guard

I wasn't really happy with how easy it was for rocks and debris to get caught in the linkage area on the bottom rear triangle linkage to the bottom bracket area on the frame, making me worry about potential damage. After a rock got stuck in there without my knowledge and took a nice chip out of the carbon I started to worry about the possibility of something wedging in there enough to crack the frame at some point. So I designed this protector to keep the area clean and safe, and it has worked great for the year I've had it installed so far. It prints in two parts and I've designed it so you put M3 brass thread inserts into the bottom part with a soldering iron or something to heat them up and push them in, then cut a piece of rubber tire innertube and screw the top and bottom parts together clamping the end of the innertube rubber between them. I also put some 2-part epoxy in there as well for extra measure. I also cut some innertube rubber and epoxied it to the bottom of the bottom piece to protect the frame from the plastic. You then zip tie it to the rear triangle using the holes modeled into it, and the top of the innertube rubber just zip tie to the frame. In the pictures, I used a white clamp I designed but found that a strong zip tie made more sense. The part is flat but the area it mounts to isn't totally flat so if you have a heat gun or blow dryer you can bend it slightly so it sits flush on the frame. This was easier than trying to print it with the curve as you would have to use a bunch of support and wouldn't come out well. My first version had issues with thickness, but I've made adjustments in the files I uploaded so that screws short enough not to poke through the bottom should be available now.
