2019 Hawk 250 Chain guide

My old hawk rubber chain guide wasn't aligning with the chain at all. So I tossed it out and designed a new one instead. This one installs without removing the chain, but you'll need to take off the sprocket cover and make sure the chain has enough slack to fit between the drive sprocket and swing arm. Then you use four construction screws (cut to length) and reuse the original bolt that held the rubber guide. One thing to keep in mind: I can't promise this will fit your frame perfectly, since it fits mine just right. I had to design this because my bike came with multiple weld problems, so I don't know if it'll fit yours the same way. If you do end up using it, let me know how it goes. These parts are made from ABS plastic, which makes printing in ABS a no-brainer - but you're not required to use it. Printing PLA isn't ideal, though: the engine heat will cause it to soften and potentially deform, causing problems down the line. COPYRIGHT INFORMATION: I'm the creator, designer, and owner of this part. You can't sell it, and you can't make anything similar to it. However, you're free to make small modifications to fit your frame, and I'd love to hear any feedback you have to improve the design.
