Single gauge A-Pillar dash pod for GM T1 platform trucks 2019+. GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado. This pod was specifically designed for a Banks iDash gauge accompanied with the Banks Pedal Monster, check out all the information about this pod here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rtKEBC5pUU&t=261s Theoretically it should fit any standard gauge but I can't be sure if its deep enough for general use, the Banks iDash is pretty shallow. Installation requires modification of the A-Pillar cover, I bought a spare so I could keep my original unchanged. A hole must be drilled for the wire passage and 4 small holes for the mounting screws. The screw holes are designed for socket cap screws, SAE #8. IMPORTANT NOTE: if you make this pod use extreme caution when installing it. Don't drill into the A-Pillar cover while its installed on the truck, just mark the locations while in place and remove the cover to drill the holes. The T1 has side curtain airbags and some of the airbag equipment is behind this cover. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOT TO DAMAGE ANY OF THE AIRBAG RELATED COMPONENTS WHILE INSTALLING! In the video linked above this warning is repeated, The video also shows how those airbags deploy in a crash and how I am confident that the install location is safe. However use at your own risk!
