2018 Snowflake Wallet Ornament Frame

I created this for my wife, who can proudly display a wallet-sized photo in it. You might need to trim it down if the print doesn't fit right, so keep that in mind when you print it out. To assemble the whole thing, you'll have to cut all three pieces and then glue them together. I used some CA thin to get into those tight spaces. I work with a K40 machine, which has digital controls as opposed to an analog dial. The settings I used come from K40 Whisperer software. Here's what worked for me: 300mm/s Raster Engrave at 20% Power, 20 mm/s Vector Engrave at 10% Power, and 13mm/s Vector Cut at 15% Power. Your machine might behave differently, though.
