This project was designed specifically to provide a convenient spot for docking my phone for carplay, eliminating the need to constantly plug in a cable. Made for the 7+ model with an Otterbox commuter case in mind, I chose a charger from Amazon that fit perfectly. The dimensions of the charger hole are 9x6mm, so if your charger has these exact measurements, it should fit snugly into the hole designed specifically for it. Meanwhile, the phone slot measures 12x86mm. To secure the tray to my dashboard, I used double-sided tape, which proved to be an effective solution.
