The floor plan was meticulously designed by Mira and later edited by Charlie, an accomplished architect who generously shared his expertise. I further refined it using Revit software and achieved impressive results; our creation secured the 8th place in state competitions, surpassing last year's ranking by one position. To optimize space, the design was imported into SolidWorks and saved as a part from an assembly. This challenging project required learning Revit for eight months, culminating in a model that likely took around 500 working hours to complete. The design brief was to create a 'tiny' house using two 40' ISO shipping containers. Through innovative planning, we successfully increased usable space to nearly 1000 square feet. Moreover, the house can be easily transported via road or train due to its convertible container shape. However, many intricate details were removed from the design during conversion because it took over three hours to process from Revit to SolidWorks.
