2016+ Nissan Titan Bed Trim Clips
thingiverse
Plastic Bed Trim Clips. Due to poor design/manufacturing it's common for these clips to break rendering the trim useless. These replacement clips are designed to be glued into place (hence the holes) which allow for a mechanical bond. We used a high temp commercial glue gun and commercial glue sticks designed to stick to TPU (which is what the bed trim is made from). Alternatively you could use glue designed for TPU or melt the old clips in a solution of Dimethylformamide to make your own TPU paste. It maybe possible to get a good mechanical hold if you use a epoxy while ruffing up the surface. I printed this using PLA+, but PETG likely would produce a more durable part which would better handle hot summer days. No support needed. Print the clip on the side (the open side). and the plate flat down. I print with 100 infill or with the bottom layers to 999 with 1-2 sidewalls.
