We designed it together with my two friends for our I&D project in 2016, when I was just a freshman in high school. Our goal was to create something that could be easily moved after being printed out. When the design finally emerged from the printer, we applied wax around the object and tried moving the lever arm - but unfortunately, only one of the two plates rotated smoothly. It's possible that solidified wax got stuck between them. This project required a lot of late-night editing, with my friends and I working tirelessly to perfect our design. In fact, one of them fell asleep while we were still brainstorming ideas.
