2016 Happy New Year Fun Glasses

I went scouring the internet for images of New Year's Glasses, searching for ideas to create my own 2016 New Year glasses. I discovered several concepts (which I posted as pictures) and found a model here (614592) that allegedly drew inspiration from some commercially available older year glasses. I attempted printing it to see how it would turn out but encountered issues such as fused hinges that didn't work and the frames breaking easily. The glasses were also too small, seemingly designed for children, and uncomfortable on my skin due to sharp edges of the numbers. I decided to start from scratch and create a new set that should function properly even with imperfect materials and settings. I made the hinges rugged and the glasses gentle on my skin as well as my ears. I appreciate the inspiration from previous ideas and wish everyone a Happy New Year's Eve. If you want to paint the numbers in different colors, print the glasses in white material for a good color base.
