For the Reboot Pack wire mesh frame, I used metal to make the prop incredibly durable. This 3D printed part is surprisingly fragile, so I reinforced the vertical beam with extra support. To ensure stability, I also employed filament as a temporary holding agent. Next time, I plan to switch to solid copper wire for even better results. Lots of sanding and painting are required to achieve a sleek finish. To assemble the frames quickly, make five identical units using alignment pins made from filament or wire, and then glue them together. After the paint dries completely, wrap the wire mesh around the frame with utmost care. Take your time and have fun with this project!
