In the 2014-2015 competition year, the University of Arizona developed a gearbox for their 2015 vehicle. Featuring forward, neutral, and reverse functions with manual locking, this design employs a differential from a 2001 Suzuki Kingquad front diff. The CVT secondary shaft is utilized as an input, and the gearbox is specifically designed to work alongside Gaged Engineering's CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system, which connects to a Briggs & Straton 10hp engine. This model was created using Solidworks 2014.
